नेशनल ग्रीन ट्रिब्युनल (एनजीटी) द्वारा एक दिन में केवल पचास हजार श्रद्धालुओं को वैष्णों देवी मंदिर भेजने और नए निर्माण कार्य नहीं होने के आदेश के बाद ट्विटर यूजर्स ने कड़ी नाराजगी जताई है। इस पर कुछ कथित हिंदू संगठनों ने एनजीटी को खत्म या बर्खास्त करने की मांग की है। एक यूजर ने एनजीटी को उखाड़ फेंकने की बात कही है। जबकि एक यूजर लिखते हैं, ‘इस रोक का क्या मतलब है? भविष्य में एनजीटी हिंदू धार्मिक स्थल पर श्रद्धालुओं के जाने पर रोक लगाने जा रहा है।’ हालांकि एनजीटी के इस फैसले से जम्मू में स्थित कटरा के माता वैष्णो देवी तीर्थस्थान की देखभाल करने वाली श्राइन बोर्ड भी खुश है क्योंकि बोर्ड खुद भी पहले ही रोजाना इस संख्या से अधिक श्रद्धालुओं को दर्शनों करने की अनुमति नहीं दे रहा है।
एनजीटी ने ये फैसला किसी भी अप्रिय स्थिति से बचने के लिए लिया है। एनजीटी ने यह भी कहा है कि वैष्णो देवी में पैदल चलने वालों और बैटरी से चलने वाली कारों के लिए एक विशेष रास्ता 24 नवंबर से खुलेगा। वहीं एनजीटी ने ये भी आदेश दिया है कि मंदिर तक पहुंचने वाले इस नए मार्ग पर घोड़ों और खच्चरों को जाने की इजाजत नहीं होगी, बल्कि इन पशुओं को धीरे-धीरे पुराने मार्ग से भी हटाया जाएगा।
एनजीटी ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को यह निर्देश भी दिया कि कटरा शहर में सड़कों और बस स्टॉप पर थूकने वालों पर 2,000 रुपए का जुर्माना लगाया जाएगा। जुर्माने को पर्यावरण मुआवजे के नाम दिया गया है। गौरतलब है कि एक एक्टिविस्ट गौरी मौलेखी ने अपनी याचिका में तीर्थस्थल पथ से घोड़ों और खच्चरों को हटाने जाने की मांग की थी। याचिका में कहा गया कि इससे पथ पर चलने वाले यात्रियों की जान को खतरा हो सकता है। खासतौर पर वरिष्ठ नागरिकों को इस तरह से सवारियों से खासा नुकसान है।

First of all free Vaisnav Devi temple from clutches of Govt bcoz whatever it gets in donation, Govt keeps it & use it for minorities.
